ABOUT
ONLINE THERAPY
Starting therapy online can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re searching for the best therapist near you and realizing it’s a stranger you’ll be opening up to. But online therapy helps remove barriers to care, offering the same depth of support in a flexible, accessible way. Even through a screen, it remains a confidential and compassionate space designed to help you feel seen and safe.
In your first session, you’ll meet me, Khushboo Agarwal, a licensed psychologist and EMDR therapist. My aim is to help you ease into the process. You don’t need to have the answers or open up all at once. Therapy is slow, intentional, and always at your pace. You choose what to share and when. You are in control.
We’ll begin by exploring your emotional concerns, mental health history, and personal goals. Whether you’re working through anxiety, relationship challenges, trauma, or simply feeling stuck, each session is tailored to your needs. I’ll explain how therapy works, set mutual agreed expectations, and answer any questions about confidentiality and boundaries.
Our work together may include talk therapy, EMDR, or other evidence-based approaches designed to help you heal and grow. Whether you’re choosing online therapy or looking for a therapist near you, you deserve to start your mental health journey, one step and one session at a time.

FAQs
Why Do I Offer the Free Consultation?
Because I understand how important it is to feel safe, seen, and understood in therapy. In our first session, you'll have the chance to share what’s bringing you in, ask any questions, and get to know me and how I work. I’ll also walk you through the approaches I use, so you can see if this feels like the right fit for you. It’s a gentle starting point—no pressure, just space to explore what healing could look like for you.
Do you prescribe medication?
I don't prescribe medication, as I focus on psychotherapy and counselling. My work centres around approaches like EMDR, a trauma-focused therapy. However, if needed, I collaborate closely with psychiatrists to ensure you receive comprehensive support.
What are the costs associated with therapy?
The therapy cost is 1500/- INR.
How do I know if therapy is right for me?
Therapy can help anyone looking to improve their mental health, manage stress, or work through past experiences. The first free session helps us explore whether therapy feels like a good fit for you.
What is the cancellation and refund policy for therapy?
Please provide at least 24 hour’s notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If you cancel on time, your payment can be processed for a future session.
